Will you push me to buy the most expensive lens?
No. We tell you what your eyes need, show you the options, and you decide. Many people do well with the base package.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Your package total is your price. If you add an upgrade, you see its cost before you agree to it.
Do I need an appointment for an eye test?
Walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead means no waiting.
Do you check children's eyes?
Yes. Bring the whole family.
Can you fix my old glasses?
Often, yes. Bring them in and we will take a look.
